For most people, it is a given that they will quickly be able to reach emergency services when facing a crisis. For deaf people, people with deafblindness or the hearing impaired, communicating with critical emergency responders is rarely a matter of course.
We help the authorities responsible for critical societal functions, such as the 112 emergency service, to increase their availability. We have extensive experience when it comes to creating effective communication solutions that take into account the needs of users and the complex environments and processes facing an emergency switchboard operator, for instance.
After all, shouldn’t it be a fundamental right for everyone to be able to get help when in distress?
